Under his guidance / direction, KEF Infra at Krishangiri was established starting from acquisition of 32 acres of land to obtaining all statutory approvals incl establishing initial factory setup.

He was the Head of Infrastructure in Wipro for 6 years and was responsible for delivery of well over 7 million sq feet of space during his tenure.

Has in depth knowledge of the latest technology in construction and all allied engineering aspects (Electrical, HVAC etc) and has capability to deliver world class buildings including Platinum rated, LEED certified green buildings.

He is a Civil Engineer with over 34 years of experience in Construction Project Management, Design Management, Research & Training in India, Armenia and Dubai. He holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Technology and a PhD in Structural Engineering.

Dr. H. S. Chethana is a medical professional with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice and hospital administration. Post MBBS, she did an M.
